The BF and I were outside last night listening to a random Genius playlist on my iphone and Yeasayer came on ....the BF said it was his favourite band that weekend :)

.....some other songs reminded me of 2011....I want to go back and do it all again :)

Anand Wilder & Maxwell Kardon – “I’m To Blame”

For years, Yeasayer singer and multi-instrumentalist (and Stereogum buddy) Anand Wilder and his friend Maxwell Kardon have been working on Break Line, a musical about a Pennsylvania coal town. The musical, in album form, is finally done. It comes out later this month, and it features appearances from members of bands like Yeasayer, MGMT, Dirty Projectors, and Vampire Weekend. We’ve posted the first single “Wedding Day,” and now they’ve shared another song, a psychedelic rock freakout called “I’m To Blame.” Listen to it below.
