Halcyon Digest is wonderful! I'm so glad Bradford Cox feels he can embrace beauty without having to taint it somehow. :)

Seeing them tomorrow night! Yay!!

I still think all the stuff that looks inexplicably related/complementary is just us seeing a tiny fraction of a bigger interconnected whole; we're seeing the intersection of a higher-dimensional phenomenon slicing through our 3+ dimensional existence.

Found out last night, it's Lockett Pundt's song. Guess I'll have to check out his solo album...

There seemed to be a lot of animosity between Cox and the band last night. Cox seemed to be a dick to a sweet-looking roadie guy, too.
He seemed pretty fucked-up. He said as much on stage last night, too.

I was putting some effort into visualizing his being able to get a handle on his brain chemicals. *shrugs*

I saw Deerhunter live a couple weeks ago for the first time. It was a pretty crazy show. Their albums are great, but they are much more amazing live. Their live sound is just ridiculous!
