Tame Impala
« on: May 06, 2010, 09:16:51 PM »

Tame Impala is opening for MGMT for some of the US tour. And they are Great!! My new obsession! Their sound is straight from the 60s. A mix of Axis bold as Love and Magical Mystery Tour!!Anyone else heard of them? I can't wait to see them at House of Blues in Dallas!!

I think Tame Impala is my new favourite band.

Stereogum posted a delicious remix for "Solitude Is Bliss" today:

The first their song i heard was the cover for Remember Me like one year ago. I thought they were from 60-s because they sounded so authentic to Marlena Shaw. and then - bum! - it turns out they're twenty-year-old boys  :D
