I fucking love this forum-you never know who might pop in And I never answered your question TB-I have seen the Shepperton concert...It's funny how you can mourn for people who are still living-I guess it's because the band has passed away...the music is forever though

for me lala my Personal,Meaningful Genesis song from the Shepperton Concert has to be Supper's Ready. 23 mins immersing oneself in the purest oft a musical heaven, here be told the story of Poetry,Passion, frightening beauty,Madness,Music,Magick,Possession,Spirits Enter the Room.Apocolypse. Truly Epic!luckily all of Genesis are all still alive..you never know...

I don't think I can even verbalize how much I love that performance of Supper's Ready That era of Genesis, is to me, some of the most important music that has ever been made. I feel that it was the first time that rock was truly art and not just expression. I don't know if that makes sense. It was a multi-sensual experience that engaged one's whole being-you couldn't partially attend to it. It's a fully cathartic experience. I really think that's where these boys are going...I so hope that Andrew and Ben continue to push and explore...I'll be here for it!
