I love them. They are so amazing live, seriously. They definitely exceeded my expectations; the entire show was an hour-long dance party.

Their sophomore album is going to have to be fucking incredible, because their debut is almost perfect. Well, I think so at least.

yeah I love this version, it's available on rostam's myspace page : http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewProfile&friendID=89606885

speaking of rostam, did you know he has a side project with the singer of Ra Ra Riot, it's called DISCOVERY, they have a myspace with 3 songs up : http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=305656380

Badass! Thanks!

The idea of a Vampire Weekend sounds amazing being out all night sleeping all day! So I was thinking ok.. I will give these guys a try. With a name like that maybe they have some tracks to suit it? I was sorely mistaken Oxford Comma? ::) Please why write a song about that who cares? Bunch of yodeling geeks...

People who are fans don't take offence I just don't think much of them.

you do realize that the song is not really about an oxford comma right ? but more about why should people care about stuff like oxford commas

I know , I know. Just really doesn't float my boat.

I like them, they're a good band, but not in the same league as MGMT...obviously :)

I'm a pretty big fan. Not as much as I used to be, but still. One of my favorite bands.

I don't get why Vampire Weekend seem to be so hated in the US. There seems to be this huge backlash about them that I've never really seen in Europe, it's weird

Europeans appreciate weird and unique music more than Americans. I know that's HUGE stereotype against my own country, but not very many people in the U.S can represent music like Vampire Weekend's.

I wish I was french.
