« on: January 05, 2009, 07:22:22 PM »

Name yo shows foo

I've only really been to hip hop shows at this point until I can find anything else worth seeing in concert. Here's some more popular groups I've seen, I'll post up the more underground stuff if there are any other hip hop heads on hurr.

-Wu-Tang Clan
-DJ Shadow/ Cut Chemist
-Tribe Called Quest
-Nas
-Immortal Technique
-De La Soul
-Jedi Mind Tricks

Seen a lot of awesome bands live. Too many to mention. What I CAN mention are these disturbing facts: I have seen both Britney Spears AND Backstreet boys live. (yes, it was 10 years ago, but still...)

Manchester Orchestra
Kevin Devine
Circa Survive
Explosions In The Sky
Thrice
Streetlight Manifesto
Underoath
Jimmy Eat World
And then
Greenday and
The Backstreet Boys. Many many years ago.

Not quite as impressive of a list as I'd like it to be...

Red Hot Chili Peppers are the best!   Ive only been to one concert because I'm only 15, it was Bob Dylan!  But i think Bob Dylan is amazing for a first concert, right?   Hes a legend. ::)

Just to hear Thom Yorkes amazing voice live...
But they played a new song so they obviously have more coming out which means they shall be gigging again, so don't worry! ;)
